Data collected
We collect the data you provide through our forms (contact and Alliance application): name, email address, phone, company, project description, indicative budget, message; for the Alliance: organization, cause, operational challenge. We also process one technical data point, your IP address in anonymized (hashed) form, for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests and preparing a quote: pre-contractual measures and/or your consent.
- Managing the business relationship and our obligations: legitimate interest and legal obligations.
- Securing the site and preventing abuse: legitimate interest.
Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by our technical providers acting as processors: Supabase (database, Frankfurt, EU), Odoo (CRM), Google (sending our emails via the Gmail API), Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare (security and delivery) and Hetzner (hosting, Germany, EU). We do not sell or rent your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Sending our transactional emails via the Gmail API involves Google LLC (United States). This transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework). Hosting and all other processing take place within the European Union.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and the business relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable legal retention periods.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: restricted access, encryption of data in transit, logging and anonymization of technical identifiers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Spain, the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos); in France, the CNIL.
