The context
A trade where the diagnostic is the first step of any worksite, but where writing the reports, long and repetitive, ate up the useful time, the time spent on the ground with clients.
The challenge
Free the craftsman from producing reports so he can run more diagnostics, without losing any rigor.
What we did
The engagement started with scoping the need on the ground, then we delivered the V1 of an AI agent, named LEB, that structures findings and writes diagnostic reports. About 90 % of that burden is now delegated to LEB; the craftsman focuses on the field. We continue in partnership, enriching the agent worksite after worksite.
