The context
An SME curious about AI but without bearings: lots of promises heard, little certainty about what these tools can really deliver, and the fear of spreading thin or investing in the wrong place.
The challenge
Build the team's AI skills realistically, then delegate stable tasks to AI while raising the level of service.
What we did
Phase 1, acculturation: we explained concretely what the tools can do, and what they can't, getting the most out of consumer subscriptions (Claude, Gemini, GPT) to learn by doing and tame AI step by step. Phase 2, underway: configuring and deploying the company's AIOS so stable processes are delegated to AI, with a rising level of service. A lasting partnership, at the team's pace.
