The context
A premium short-stay rental business where everything rests on the operator: answering travelers at any hour, juggling platforms, adjusting prices, coordinating cleaning. Impossible to grow without cloning yourself.
The challenge
Maintain high-end service quality 24/7, in two languages, while industrializing the back office: bookings, pricing, cleaning, accounts.
What we did
Before a single line of code, we ran a phase of strategic guidance and design to match the real challenges of the business. The result: the POC was born directly as a V1. We delivered Lorenzo, the AI butler who converses with travelers in French and Spanish day and night, and who runs bookings, pricing, cleaning and billing behind the scenes. First unit in pilot, we're now rolling out, unit by unit, in partnership.
