The context
A two-person workshop, an owner wearing a thousand hats who was flying blind: he discovered the year's result after the fact, and the existing site brought in almost no one, around twenty visits a month.
The challenge
Give the owner a clear, permanent view of his annual result so he can steer it week after week, and turn the site into a real source of prospects.
What we did
It all started with a review of the business, then a plan. We set up the workshop's AIOS, named Lea, as a financial copilot: it gives the owner his annual result in real time and helps him stay on course toward his target, week after week. In parallel, a new storefront, optimized for local search, sent traffic soaring. Since then, we move forward in partnership, at the workshop's pace.
